Spring has sprung

As the sun burns brighter in the sky, I find my energy and attitude improving. It is amazing how the sun brings life in so many ways. This week Rebecca gets her first dental appliance that will lead to braces (an expander). I don't know how this will impact my dramatic little gal. I hope not too bad.

I focused again on simplicity of meals as I want to get outside to plan my garden. I want to plant tomatoes, peppers, and squash. Wish me luck.

Wednesday (24th)
Grilled marinated chicken thighs, asparagus, and rice

Thursday (25th)
Italian style chicken breasts in the crockpot, artichokes, and fresh pears

Friday (26th)
Spaghetti dinner (ground chicken), salad, and sliced oranges

Saturday (27th)
Grocery shopping day
